Organize your events and meetings West Estonia resort city Haapsalu. Kongo Hotel located in the Haapsalu old town offers you a seminar rooms free of charge if you order catering from our hotel Restaurant. Hotel seminar rooms can accommodate up to 40 persons in theatre style.
Seminar package includes:
- Seminar room use free of charge from 8.00 till 18.00
- Seminar room includes (whitescreen, TV, paperboard, markers, computer loudspeakers)
- Free parking in front of teh hotel
- Free wireless WiFi
Terms & Conditions:
- Seminar room is without a fee if you order catering form hotel – 16€ per person (Includes: Coffee break – cafe, tea, water; 2-course lunch – coffee, tea, water).
- Data projector is available for fee, make sure you pre-order it before.
- Minimum amount of persons: 15
- Offer is valid 01.09.2020 – 10.05.2021
